We are excited to announce that, effective 2024, our new owner has implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.  An ESOP is like a traditional employee retirement plan, but it grows with the value of Durawood’s stock.  The Plan will buy back shares of stock from our owner out of the profits of the business, with a goal of having our employees’ plans own 100% of the company in 10 years.  The more profitable our staff can make the business, the more value they will accumulate!
